Vintage Starina Floral Lace Up Dress Size S

This sweet vintage Starina short sleeve dress laces up in the front and back. Dress has two floral prints with larger flowers on the top print which laces over a smaller floral print fabric underneath with colors of dusty rose pink flowers, sage and olive green leaves and hues of cream and tan. Has shoulder pads easily removable if desired. Excellent condition.
